A Life of Service: Meet Mo Civers-Davis

Mo Civers-Davis is a decorated military veteran, entrepreneur, and sought-after leadership and performance coach with over 25 years of experience supporting the warfighter—in and out of uniform.

From coaching corporate leaders and government executives to guiding business owners, veterans, and individuals seeking personal transformation, Mo has dedicated his career to helping others achieve success, purpose, and resilience.

Mo, is a sought-after executive leadership and performance coach. Originally from Georgia, Mo has literally found success by dedicating his life to being of service to the nation. After college, Mo served active-duty in the United States Air Force, (USAF) providing intelligence capability in support of the Global War on Terrorism, specifically Operation Nobel Eagle (ONE) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). After the Air Force, Mo worked as an aerospace and defense contractor in information technology (IT) before transitioning to civilian service as a federal employee of the U.S. Navy. Mo’s most recent recognition is the United States Department of the Navy Civilian Service Achievement Medal awarded in 2024.

Since then, Mo has continued his ‘life of service’ by championing active-duty military and veteran’s causes including launching his ‘Mo4USA Coaching Mastermind’ connecting service members with certified leadership and performance coaches.

Mo leads with purpose and partners with individuals committed to growth, leadership, and high performance. He helps clients overcome internal and external barriers so they can rise above limitations, lead with conviction, and create lasting impact.

A career learner, Mo attended Tuskegee University and Colorado Technical University where he has started a Master’s degree. Technical and professional certifications are many, most notable from the F-15 Fighter Jet Intelligence Course at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL and Goodfellow Intelligence Training Complex, Goodfellow AFB, TX as well as renowned ivy league institutions, including The University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) and recently in Fall of 2024 received his Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification (LPCC) from Brown University.

Throughout his illustrious career, he has been a board member on several national academies, universities, centers of excellence, and K-12 institutions. He’s the recipient of numerous prestigious awards and recognitions from the United States Department of Defense, The United States Department of the Navy and The City of Philadelphia Mayor’s Office.
